1. Information a user may enter

Forms may request name, WhatsApp number, optional email, relationship to the person, delivery area, mobility, size, estimated use, products and comments. Institutional forms may also request facility name, role, approximate number of patients and purchase frequency.

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, clinical photographs or other sensitive information that is not required to prepare a quotation.

2. How information is used

Information is used to organise a request, generate a summary and facilitate a WhatsApp conversation about guidance, availability, delivery and quotation.

The website does not provide diagnoses, clinical decisions or medical recommendations.

3. Sending through WhatsApp

The form is not submitted to a Mimo Senior server. When finished, the browser builds a message and opens a WhatsApp link. The user decides whether to send it.

Use of WhatsApp is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy practices.

4. Local storage

The website may use sessionStorage to preserve a form draft during the session and localStorage to remember the theme preference. This information stays on the user’s device until removed, the session ends or browser data is cleared.

5. Analytics

The delivered version contains no real identifiers for external analytics platforms. A technical event layer is available only for later configuration with any applicable consent.

6. User choices

Before sending a message, the user may edit or remove any information in the summary. Local data may also be deleted through browser settings.

This policy may be updated when forms, analytics tools or support processes change. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
